Awards and Certificates of Merit AWARDS FOR 2008-2009 Arrow has again received their recognition for occupational safety and health through the US Dept of Labor's Occupational Safety & Health's Achievement Recognition Program. We participate in this program and have received their certificate of approval for the year 2009. (We also received this recognition in 2008.)   We've been chosen again for the American Towman Ace Award, awarded by American Towman Magazine and co-sponsored by Allstate Motor Club, Asurion, Coach-Net, Cross Country Automotive Services, American Towing Alliance, and GEICO. This award puts us in the top 1% of towing operations for service reliability and professionalism. The criteria for which we have been selected includes excellence in meeting your ETA's expressed satisfaction, and overall professionalism.
